We want you to be completely satisfied with ReplyMind. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy below to understand your options.
1. Free Plan
ReplyMind offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to try the free plan before upgrading to Pro. No charges apply to free plan users.
2. Pro Plan — $19/month
Our Pro plan is billed monthly on a recurring basis. Here is our refund policy for Pro subscribers:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
EligibleIf you are not satisfied with ReplyMind Pro within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies to first-time Pro subscribers only.
After 7 Days
Not EligibleAfter the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time directly from your account settings:
- Go to replymind.online/settings and click “Manage Subscription”
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the following month after cancellation
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you resubscribe
4. Exceptions & Special Cases
We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges — if you were accidentally charged more than once
- Service outage — if a significant outage affected your usage for an extended period
- Technical issues — if a verified bug prevented you from using core features
Each case will be reviewed individually. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all circumstances.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible period:

- Your registered email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Subject line: “Refund Request”
We will review and respond to your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Enterprise Plan
Refund terms for Enterprise plans are defined individually in your service agreement. Please contact us at support@replymind.online for Enterprise billing queries.
