By creating an account or using ReplyMind in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

ReplyMind is an AI-powered SaaS platform that automatically replies to customer messages on Facebook and Instagram pages. We offer the following plans:

• Free Plan — 1 connected page, 100 AI replies/month, basic analytics
• Pro Plan — $19/month, 5 connected pages, unlimited AI replies, advanced analytics, custom AI webhook
• Enterprise Plan — Custom pricing, unlimited pages, white-label option, dedicated support

To use ReplyMind, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@replymind.online
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

ReplyMind Pro is billed on a monthly recurring basis at $19/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle. Key billing terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• All payments are processed securely through Paddle

You agree to use ReplyMind only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications
• Violate Meta's Platform Policies or Terms of Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

ReplyMind integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and AI providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, disruptions, or policy updates made by these third parties.

All content, features, and functionality of ReplyMind — including but not limited to software, design, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of ReplyMind and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

ReplyMind is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will always be accurate or appropriate for your business needs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the dashboard. Your continued use of ReplyMind after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
