ReplyMind offers a free plan with no payment required. This policy applies to paid Pro and Enterprise subscriptions only.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

EligibleIf you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time purchases only.
After 30 Days
Not EligibleAfter the 30-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, email us at:

- Subject line: “Refund Request”
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
3. Subscription Renewals
Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, do so before your next billing date from your account settings page. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Go to replymind.online/settings and click “Manage Subscription”
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the following month after cancellation
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial months of service
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before the billing date
