ReplyMind connects to your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts through Meta's official API — the same infrastructure that powers tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Meta Business Suite. This means the connection is secure, your credentials are never stored, and the integration stays active without manual re-authentication.
When a customer sends you a DM, ReplyMind receives it through the Messenger API webhook, passes the message content and your business context to Anthropic's Claude model, and sends the generated reply back through the same API within seconds. The entire cycle typically completes in under two seconds from the moment the customer sends their message.
The escalation system works by measuring the AI's confidence in its response. If the generated reply scores below your configured threshold — or if the message topic falls outside your defined business context — the reply is not sent. Instead, the conversation is flagged in your inbox for manual review. This prevents bad AI responses from reaching customers while still handling the majority of messages automatically.
Data handling is minimal by design. ReplyMind stores the message content long enough to generate a reply, then retains conversation metadata (not full message text) for analytics. Your business context is stored encrypted and used only to generate replies for your connected accounts. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
