ReplyMind is an AI-powered auto-reply platform for Facebook and Instagram business pages. When a customer sends a DM, ReplyMind reads the message using Anthropic's Claude AI and replies based on the business information you provide — your services, pricing, hours, FAQs, and tone of voice — instead of matching keywords against a fixed set of pre-written responses.

The platform brings Facebook and Instagram conversations into a single unified inbox, so businesses aren't switching between two separate apps to keep up with messages. AI-handled replies are logged for review, and any message the AI isn't confident about is escalated for a human to answer directly, rather than guessing.

ReplyMind is built for businesses that receive a steady stream of repetitive DMs — questions about hours, pricing, availability, and services — and don't have the staff to answer every one of them instantly. It's used across e-commerce, restaurants, real estate, agencies, and solo coaches and consultants, each with reply behavior configured for how that kind of business actually gets asked questions.

Connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account means granting access to a real business inbox, so this is handled deliberately: ReplyMind connects exclusively through Meta's official OAuth flow — we never see or store your Facebook or Instagram password, only the access token Meta issues after you approve the connection, and you can revoke that access from your Meta account at any time.

Connected account tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) rather than stored as plain text. Incoming messages from Meta are verified with an HMAC-SHA256 signature check before anything is processed, so requests can't be spoofed by a third party pretending to be Meta. Your ReplyMind account password is hashed (bcrypt), never stored in plain text, and the login endpoint locks out after repeated failed attempts.
